A quick update...

Hello everyone! Just thought I'd post some quick pictures...I love dressing Finn up for the meeting...this morning I took some pictures of him, and they all looked like high school senior pictures, it was making me laugh pretty hard. Like he should be leaning on a fence or a rock or something. Also, I will use this blog to tell anyone that has tried to text me..I don't have a phone..it's been 3 weeks now. I give it to Finn whenever I'm desperate and I want to go make coffee or sleep in a little longer or something stupid like that (Shaunna and Thom you understand!) and that was a bad decision because now I have to spend a lot of money to get a new phone and Joe is not happy and is stalling in getting me one :) Anyway if I have not answered your call or text, that is why, I'm so sorry...have a good week!

To all of our out of town family that never gets to see Finn..I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to put some pictures up! The latest is he has 2 teeth that came in at once! He really didn't mind too much, he kept up his sleeping through the night which is awesome. Other than that we are working on crawling..but he is much more interested in standing so we might just skip the crawling, we'll see. He is definitely very busy but a ton of fun, more updates soon, love you all!

We went to ikea this weekend and put funny hats on Finn..(i agree with you Jen, what is funner?) I thought I'd come on here quick and post the pictures since I havent been taking any other ones recently..

A New Tractor

Soo today we got a new tractor down on the farm! So we HAD to get the John Deere shirt on little Finn, get in the truck, and go on down to the field and see it :) Daddy and Grandpa and Uncle Matt were verrrrrry excited..and so was Finn! He has been in tractors a few times before (you know, a long time ago when he was 3 months) but he just slept the whole time..this time he actually was very interested and even though it was a little cold he loved it..it was so awesome to see him in there with Joe.

After that he needed a bath! As you can see from the pictures Finn is getting to be a happy little guy! He has an amazing smile and it is huge. It makes us laugh because it almost looks like he is just opening his mouth as big as possible instead of smiling. He can sit on his own and loves to eat! He is also very good at playing the xylophone and saying dadadada and making a gurgly "g" noise in the back of his throat non stop that makes him sound like he is spanish. He also enjoys watching the wonder pets, and eating bananas stage 2..taking baths...looking in mirrors, and twisting his thumb on literally every surface he comes into contact with (more on that later). He just went to the doctor's today where we discovered he has a small and harmless hole in his heart that almost definitely is closing up. He is also in the smallest percentile for height and weight so he is very tiny still only 15 lbs! But they said that is totally fine he's just little. The doctor said he was so cute she could just stay and play with him all day...and he got 2 shots and even though mommy was terrified for him and crying on the inside Finn did not cry at all!! I was so proud!
